After working with more than 200 luxury and high performing short term rentals, they developed a clear understanding of what separates an average stay from one guests talk about and return to.

Brendan brings hands on real estate experience, having built, owned, and managed his own short term rental properties. His expertise lies in the operational foundation that allows properties to run smoothly behind the scenes. From pricing strategy and vendor coordination to maintenance systems and day to day logistics, his focus ensures the property remains protected, efficient, and consistently performing.
